Health Guarantee
The Buyer will have a health guarantee extending to 72 hours (3 days) in which to have the kitten examined by a licensed veterinarian. If the veterinarian finds any life threatening illness or condition, the kitten will be returned (at Buyer's expense) and a refund for the purchase price of the kitten will be given. A letter from the examining veterinarian will be offered to the Breeder as evidence of the kittens illness or condition, and the kitten will be returned within the guaranteed period. No refunds or returns will be made after this time. Any expense incurred by the Buyer concerning the kitten will not be reimbursed. We cannot guarantee against Coccidiosis, Worms, Giardia, or any other treatable illness, as these can come from being exposed to another animal, going outside, or even your water supply.
Kitten is FeLV/FIV negative at time of purchase and is up to date on immunizations and worming.
If the kitten should die due to a genetic defect within its first year of life the Breeder will have the option of either; replacing with a comparable kitten/cat or refunding the purchase price. A necropsy report (paid for by Buyer) from a licensed impartial veterinary pathologist is required to be given to the Breeder. Breeder is not responsible for transportation cost of a replacement cat/kitten.
This guarantee becomes null and void should the kitten be declawed, or if any of the following vaccines be administered: Feline Leukemia and Feline Infectious Peritonitis. These vaccines can depress the immune system of a healthy kitten. You must tell your veterinarian specifically not to give these vaccines.
Terms
If this kitten is neglected or in poor health due to abuse or neglect, the Buyer will surrender said kitten to the Breeder unconditionally and without any financial restitution or compensation.
Pet quality kittens will be spayed or neutered prior to going home with their new families.
Adequate indoor facilities will be provided, and this kitten/cat will not be allowed to roam freely outdoors.
If the kitten is purchased to be shown, Breeder can not guarantee how the kitten/cat will do in the show ring.
The Buyer agrees to provide proper diet, fresh water, parasite control, and general health care, including keeping immunizations up to date and will provide prompt veterinary care for any illness, injury or condition.
Under no circumstances will this kitten/cat be euthanized for convenience, sold, leased, or given to a breeding facility, animal shelter, pet shop, research laboratory or similar facility.
The Breeder shall at no time and under no circumstance be held liable for more than the purchase price of the kitten or a replacement cat, the option to be at the Breeder’s discretion.
Declawing is not recommended.
Breeder reserves the right to decline adoption at anytime for any reason. If a deposit has already been made and the Breeder cancels the sale, the deposit will be returned, otherwise deposits are non-refundable.
